The pool area is great too. Spectacular views of the lake from air-conditioned rooms. Nice hot breakfast, a wide range of meals.

The breakfast is large and free with very good cakes and pastries, as example, there’s an option for each taste. The rooms are huge with new TVs and a beautiful view, as for instance and the staff are amicable. The location is remote...

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Facilities were pretty nice. - Lovely location not far from the ocean and Punta's restaurants. - the breakfast was good, hot, and large with lots of different food.

O Hotel é lindo, isolado do transito, ótimo para descansar, praticar esportes. Os funcionários foram amáveis e prestativos. A sala da lareira é muito aconchegante, a paisagem é linda. Pena que não pudemos conhecer um outro restaurante que fica fora do prédio principal. Para quem quer estar próximo ao centro, cassinos e shopping, este hotel não é indicado. Neste caso o ideal é alugar um carro, pois vale a pena. Na baixa temporada o hotel não oferece traslado para a cidade, isso prejudica a locomoção durante a semana. O hotel estava promovendo ações culturais, tivemos a oportunidade de assistir uma apresentação de piano, foi ótima!

A cozinha é muito boa, os pratos são saborosos, mas na baixa temporada tem poucas opções de pratos. Não que não tenhamos gostado, mas poderia ter mais algumas opções.

Room was large and comfortable, nice setting and magnificent outdoor pool.

Five stars, my foot, three stars max. Earplugs a must; walls paper thin. Description says all rooms have bath, not so, mine only had a -non-adjustable- shower. Stained carpet, double bed was a twin velcro-d together. Tv an old-fashioned box, not a flat screen, no news channels in English. Breakfast so-so and when hotel busy refills of hot dishes take forever.

Comfortable beds and spacious, clean rooms with lovely views of the lake. 🌿 Nice pool to enjoy and the peaceful location facing a lagoon provides a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

The hotel is rated as a 5 star, but its closer to a 3 star. It lacked the details and services of an international 5 star.

Its location,lovely swimming pool and large luxury bedrooms. Also the helpfulness of the staff.

I gotta say, we got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, with access to a nearby golf course. The staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection could've been better, more drink options would've been nice.

I really liked the setting. The hotel is located on a Laguana with many different types of trees around. Not far away (the hotel van can take you) there are beaches with fine white sand on the river. It was so peaceful and relaxing while only a short drive (I think under 15 minutes to Punta del Este). I enjoyed the hotel so much that I stayed an extra day.

I found the service in the restaurants very slow and not very good. The serving staff could use some better training. There was no information in the room about surrounding interest and what was available in the hotel (no dircetory of the hotels services - For example the hours of the restuarants and where things were.

The rooms here are clean and cool with good air conditioning, and the people at the reception desk are friendly and welcoming. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, which is convenient. Plus, you can easily access some art-related spots around here. 🎨

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel room was large compared to other places we stayed in Uruguay. Beautiful setting on the lake, really nice area to watch the sunset or take walks. Liked the indoor pool, hot tub, and suana although all but the pool closed at 5. Outdoor pool look fabulous but we were there in the winter so too cold to use. A 20 min drive to town and the beach. Good food.

Need a car, no access to the bus. No coffee or hot water in room, only in the dining room which is not open all day.

Booked a room with big balconies that had screen doors, which was a nice touch.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the on-campus Golf and Tennis facilities. The closed Tennis court was perfect for rainy days, allowing us to stay active regardless of the weather. The Kids Club, especially April and her colleague, was a hit with the children. The staff, from Reception Brenda to the breakfast personnel, were incredibly kind and responsible. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service when our car broke down. The spacious rooms and beautiful views of the lake added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. We also appreciated the varied breakfast options and the well-maintained recreational facilities, such as the tennis courts, pools, and game room.

Felt safe, no complaint.
